Mohd Emil Azril Bahari

Mohd Emil Azril Bahari (Emil) obtained his law degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2001. Having won the Shell Scholarship Award for his tertiary education, he was also awarded the Best Student in Jurisprudence Award by Skrine & Co (currently known as Skrine), in Malaysia.

Hashim Jusoh

Hashim Jusoh (Hashim) obtained a First Class Honors Degree from University of Mara (UITM) in 1997. In 1998 he received the prestigious outstanding achievement. He later completed his Masters in Business Administration from the same university.
 

Hashim specializes in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Islamic Finance and Financial Products in Islamic and Conventional Finance.

Jeong Chun Phuoc

Jeong Chun Phuoc (Jeong) obtained his Bachelors in Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He also holds a Masters in Law from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Jeong has eight years experience in litigation in the area of Industrial Occupational Safety &
Health and Environment in Singapore

Leo Pointon

Senior Professor Dr. Hj. Leo Pointon (Professor Pointon) has extensive experience as an international tax consultant in becoming Head of Legal Studies and Taxation in the School of Accountancy, Nanyang Technological University. He was also previously at the National University of Singapore,
and for 4 years was Visiting Professor of Cyberlaw at The Graduate School of Management, Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo. He was Tax Research Consultant with Inland Revenue Department, New Zealand.


Professor Pointon was 11 years with Multimedia University in Melaka and
Cyberjaya, and was a founder of the MMU School of Law where he was Dean
of the Faculty of Business and Law. He is currently Senior Professor of Law at Management and Science University, KL, and has authored many books and academic papers on legal subjects. He has recently finished the 3rd edition of his Revenue Law in Singapore and Malaysia which has
been expanded by Jeong Chun Phuoc to include a major exposition of Islamic/ Shariah taxation. They have coauthored “Revenue Law in Singapore and Malaysia”, 3rd Edition” Lexis Nexis Malaysia.

Dato’ Wan Ezrulnizan

Ezrul) is a law graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2001. In 2002 he successfully completed his Post Graduate Administration (CiCA) from the Harun Hashim Law chambered under the bin Tadin the Managing & Solicitors).

Mahadi Mohamad

Engr. Mahadi Mohamad (Mahadi) obtained his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences) Braunschweig, Germany. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Political Science in one of the local university in Malaysia. Earlier this year, he was offered the
prestigious International Climate Protection Fellowship from Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in Germany.
